Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, documentation, and validation for enterprise-level projects
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities using SQL and Power BI
- Develop process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile development teams
- Create and maintain detailed dashboards and KPI reports for executive leadership
- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence documentation and sprint planning ceremonies
- Collaborate with data scientists to implement predictive analytics solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-level exposure
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating requirements documentation and process optimization
- Experience in healthcare or financial services industries
