Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and stakeholder requirements to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows using UML and BPMN
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical requirements into actionable business solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards and conduct data analysis to support decision-making
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Document requirements in JIRA and maintain traceability matrices
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in regulated industries
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables), and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated success in process optimization and requirements documentation
