Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data-driven solutions and optimize workflows
- Create detailed documentation including process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical implementation
- Monitor project KPIs and deliver regular performance reports to executive leadership
- Lead UAT testing cycles and ensure solution compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent highly desirable
- Proven experience documenting requirements for enterprise-scale projects
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in regulated industries
