Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and user stories for new initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all business processes
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions and facilitate stakeholder workshops
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or gaming industries
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools (Visio/BPMN)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA highly desirable
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
