Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with proven track record in tech or finance sectors
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
