Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Lead discovery workshops with executive leadership to define project scope
- Develop data models and process flows using Visio and Lucidchart
- Execute UAT testing and coordinate QA/QC processes
- Present actionable insights to C-suite via executive dashboards
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize BA methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS/fintech
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and JIRA
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation
- Proven track record of documenting requirements in agile environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all levels
- Experience with API integration and microservices architecture
