Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL and data visualization tools
- Document detailed requirements for software development projects using UML and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards in Power BI to track performance metrics
- Lead cross-functional Agile/Scrum ceremonies as the Product Owner proxy
- Create process flow diagrams and swimlane maps for operational efficiency
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or tech
- Expertise in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or CPO)
- Proven track record translating business needs into technical specifications
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VBA
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
