Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to align stakeholders on project deliverables
- Manage requirements documentation using JIRA and Confluence
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems/processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and requirement elicitation
- Strong SQL skills with ability to write complex queries and analyze datasets
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and MS Office Suite
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
