Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech/SaaS environments
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering requirements for enterprise-scale applications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
