Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to identify opportunities for optimization

- Validate solutions through testing and ensure alignment with business objectives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio), and visualization platforms
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (e.g., CBA, PMP, or CSM)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with fintech or SaaS products strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in deadline-driven settings
