Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in consulting or corporate environments
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Power BI/Tableau), and process modeling
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification
- Proven track record in requirements gathering and documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
