Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions
- Develop detailed process flows and data models using Visio and Lucidchart
- Create comprehensive BRDs, SDDs, and test plans
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Analyze KPIs and present findings to executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Maintain JIRA tickets and project documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
