Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Design and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for software development.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, QA) to ensure accurate implementation of business logic.
- Create and maintain user stories, wireframes, and process flow diagrams using industry-standard tools.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project milestones and communicate risks or blockers to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall project management.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with process modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
