What You'll Do:
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and process mapping sessions
- Develop data models and KPI dashboards using SQL/Power BI
- Facilitate JIRA/Agile ceremonies for sprint planning
- Lead UAT cycles and documentation
What We Need:
- 5+ years in business analysis with financial services exposure
- Expertise in process modeling (BPMN/SWIMLANE)
- Advanced SQL and data visualization skills
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMP preferred
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks

Qualifications
