Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and functional specifications.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and create detailed documentation (BRD, FSD).
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or corporate strategy.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
