Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements
- Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications
- Design and document process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze data trends using SQL and BI tools to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions using Agile methodologies
- Validate system changes through UAT and provide post-implementation support
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for business stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
- Expertise in requirement elicitation, documentation, and validation techniques
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ECBA preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience in financial services or healthcare industries a plus
