- Facilitate risk mitigation and issue resolution throughout project execution
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and quality delivery
- Present progress reports to executive leadership and adjust strategies as needed
- Mentor junior project managers and promote best practices across teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of project management experience with technology implementations
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
