Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 8-12 members across engineering, design, and product domains
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and implement risk mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and status reports
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS or tech environments
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies with CSPO preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing budgets over $500K
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
