Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of project lifecycles from conception to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Lead agile/scrum methodologies with 8-12 member cross-functional teams across development, UX, and QA
- Manage stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and bi-weekly progress reviews
- Drive risk mitigation strategies and resolve escalations with C-level stakeholders
- Maintain JIRA/Confluence documentation and sprint velocity tracking
- Optimize resource allocation across concurrent enterprise software projects
- Implement process improvements reducing delivery timelines by 15%+
Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT project management experience with SaaS/enterprise software delivery
- PMP or CPM certification required with agile/scrum mastery
- Proven success managing $1M+ budgets and 10+ member teams
- Expertise in JIRA, MS Project, and Atlassian ecosystem
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
