Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities and strategic solutions
- Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and user stories

- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams
- Conduct data analysis and create compelling visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or SaaS industries
- Expertise in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA
- Demonstrated success in translating complex business needs into technical specifications
