Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input
- Develop data-driven recommendations using SQL and visualization tools
- Validate solutions through testing and user acceptance criteria
- Support agile project delivery with sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in technology environments
- Proficiency in requirement gathering methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong SQL skills with data analysis experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
