Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements
- Document requirements through user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and success metrics
- Develop data models and dashboards to support decision-making
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using agile methodologies
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience documenting requirements using UML/SYSML
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and deliver results quickly
- Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
