Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
- Develop data models, process flows, and user stories using UML
- Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver sprint-ready documentation
- Perform gap analysis and recommend system enhancements
- Create and maintain data dictionaries and business glossaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in tech/finance sector
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
