Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with SaaS or tech products
- Expertise in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into technical specifications
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-level communication
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint planning
