Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate complex stakeholder needs into actionable technical specifications
- Lead data-driven workshops and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Develop detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Implement and maintain performance metrics for solution effectiveness
- Support UAT and deployment of new systems/processes
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-backed recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or tech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level solutions
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of healthcare or financial services industry a plus
