Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design data-driven solutions
- Translate complex requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams
- Create and maintain detailed process flows, data models, and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Leverage SQL, Python, and BI tools to extract, transform, and visualize data
- Validate solution efficacy through UAT and ensure seamless implementation
- Document requirements, workflows, and project deliverables using industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Proven track record of delivering successful process improvement projects
