Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and user requirements to define system specifications
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across product, engineering, and executive teams
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Lead UAT cycles and document test cases for new feature implementations
- Translate technical solutions into business value propositions
- Identify process optimization opportunities through data analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS or tech environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and ERP integrations
