Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and data models using SQL and Visio
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system integrations
- Lead UAT testing cycles and provide actionable insights for product improvements
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure alignment between business and technical deliverables
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance dashboards for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements for enterprise systems
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of healthcare or financial services compliance standards
