Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, user needs, and market trends to define product requirements
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Create process flows, data models, and wireframes to visualize solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Manage project documentation and maintain requirements traceability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and JIRA
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
