Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, document, and validate requirements
- Analyze data trends using SQL and visualization tools to identify growth opportunities
- Create process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Develop KPI dashboards to track product performance and user engagement metrics
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or fintech
- Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques (JAD sessions, user stories)
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Jira/Confluence
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
