Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Leverage SQL and Power BI to generate actionable reports and dashboards
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint alignment with business goals
- Document requirements using UML diagrams and wireframing tools
- Validate solutions through UAT and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Advanced SQL skills and data visualization experience (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CBA) highly valued
- Financial services or fintech industry experience preferred
