Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Conduct comprehensive process modeling and workflow analysis to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Validate solutions against business objectives and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Proficiency in requirements gathering tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio)
- Strong expertise in SQL and data analysis techniques
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (BPMN, Six Sigma)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent highly valued
