Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and wireframes for system enhancements
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to recommend data-driven optimizations
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Document requirements in Confluence/JIRA and maintain comprehensive project artifacts
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification (CSM/CBA preferred)
- Strong experience with process mapping (Visio/BPMN) and requirements elicitation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience in financial services or healthcare industries preferred
- Immediate availability to start within 1-2 weeks
