Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or fintech
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong SQL skills with experience in data analysis
- Proven track record of stakeholder management and communication
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with financial systems or payment processing
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
