Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable user stories
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and functional specifications
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and performance analytics
- Create comprehensive dashboards and KPI reports to track project health
- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence documentation and requirements traceability
- Mentor junior analysts and improve BA team methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
- Expertise in BPMN, UML, and data modeling tools (ER/Studio, Lucidchart)
- Proven track record with SDLC/Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Strong financial acumen and P&L analysis experience
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite presentations
