Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering and documentation for critical fintech projects
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define business needs
- Design and analyze KPIs to measure project success and ROI
- Create process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop SQL queries and data visualizations to uncover actionable insights
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering complex digital transformation projects
