Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements and validate solutions
- Develop process flow diagrams, data models, and documentation artifacts
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Monitor KPIs and report on solution performance to leadership
- Lead UAT cycles and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience documenting requirements using UML/SysML notation
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
