Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Design and implement process improvements using BPMN and workflow analysis
- Lead requirement elicitation sessions and maintain detailed documentation in JIRA/Confluence
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Tableau to identify growth opportunities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between development teams and business objectives
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for C-suite reporting
- Coordinate UAT cycles and provide post-implementation support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS or fintech exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Expertise in requirement gathering methodologies and user story mapping
- Strong stakeholder management experience with cross-functional teams
- Experience with process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath) is a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating successful process optimization projects
