Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis requirements gathering, documentation, and validation
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable specifications for development teams
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align diverse business units
- Create detailed process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure solution alignment with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within automotive/manufacturing
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirements documentation
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and process modeling
