Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using data modeling and stakeholder interviews
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Create and maintain process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions aligned with strategic goals
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track solution effectiveness
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions with key stakeholders
- Document business cases and ROI analyses for proposed initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or financial services
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or ERP systems a plus
