Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Lead stakeholder workshops and process mapping sessions across multiple departments
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Conduct gap analysis and propose process optimization opportunities using Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data pipeline integration
- Document business processes, workflows, and system architectures using industry-standard tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with enterprise-level systems
- Proven expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with healthcare or financial services compliance (HIPAA, SOX)
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Atlassian ecosystem
- Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation projects
