The Opportunity: We seek a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between complex business challenges and technical solutions. You'll translate stakeholder needs into actionable strategies while driving data-informed decision-making across our product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end requirements gathering, documentation, and validation for fintech products
- Analyze complex business processes using data modeling techniques to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to define KPIs and success metrics
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies
- Translate technical requirements into business-friendly documentation for executive stakeholders
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical implementation
- Monitor system performance metrics and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements in Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate quantitative data into strategic insights
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with API integration documentation and system architecture diagrams
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
