Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Document detailed requirements using UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance metrics and ROI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Implement Agile methodologies to ensure project delivery meets deadlines
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and visualization tools to support decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process optimization
- Expertise in requirement gathering techniques and documentation standards
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CBA) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
