This role reports directly to the Director of Product Strategy and is pivotal in scaling our fintech platform serving 500K+ users.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and stakeholder requirements to define product specifications
- Design and maintain data models using SQL and Power BI to support strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, sales, and compliance teams
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow documentation
- Quantify business impact through KPI tracking and ROI analysis
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Data Science (MBA preferred)
- 4+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA
- Proven track record documenting requirements for complex systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
