Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business process analysis and optimization for financial services clients
- Develop comprehensive requirement documentation and user stories using Agile methodologies
- Create detailed data flow diagrams and process mapping for enterprise systems
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align cross-functional teams on project scope
- Translate complex business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure solution effectiveness
- Lead UAT sessions and provide post-implementation support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within financial services or SaaS
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Expertise in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
