Join our award-winning fintech team as a Senior Business Analyst driving data-driven decisions for our weekend operations. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work with mandatory in-person collaboration every Saturday at our downtown LA hub. You'll spearhead process optimization initiatives while working with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities for weekend operations
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Lead user acceptance testing sessions and document findings
- Develop KPI dashboards to track weekend operational performance
- Facilitate workshops with product and engineering teams
- Create process flow diagrams and requirement documents
- Collaborate with data scientists to validate analytical models
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of optimizing weekend workflows
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Demonstrable success in stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
