Responsibilities

- Create comprehensive documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Lead requirements validation sessions and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops to gather and prioritize business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or fintech
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and requirement-gathering techniques
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process modeling and gap analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
