Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications through stakeholder workshops and process mapping
- Design and implement data models to optimize reporting and KPI tracking across Salesforce, SQL, and Power BI platforms
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies to prioritize backlogs and ensure sprint alignment with strategic objectives
- Conduct gap analyses and ROI calculations for process automation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles
- Develop interactive dashboards that visualize operational metrics for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with product teams to define acceptance criteria and validate solution efficacy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with demonstrated success in SaaS or tech environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and at least one visualization tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Proven track record of documenting complex workflows using UML/BPMN notation
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
