Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for enterprise resource planning systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops to map end-to-end logistics processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to track KPIs across 15+ warehouses
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for automation initiatives with 18-month ROI projections
- Coordinate UAT cycles with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and finance
- Maintain requirements traceability matrices using Jira and Confluence
- Mentor junior analysts on agile methodologies and data governance best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in logistics or maritime industry
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Proven experience documenting requirements for ERP implementations (SAP/Oracle)
- Expertise in process mapping using BPMN or similar methodologies
- Strong understanding of lean six sigma principles and continuous improvement frameworks
