Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify pain points and opportunities
- Model business processes using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, and BPMN
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to uncover actionable insights
- Document requirements in clear, concise specifications and maintain traceability matrices
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in software development environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
